Supavac International News:SUPAVAC SIGNSWITH PETROIL SERVICES FOR SUPPLY OF EQUIPMENT TO THE WEST AFRICA MARKET: December 2009 - Lagos based oil services provider Petroil has signed a two year deal with Supavac to distribute the full range of SV Solids Pumps to the West African market. Petroil provide both equipment and services across a broad range of industries but specialise in the reclamation and transfer of petrochemical wastes. SUPAVAC SIGNS WITH TEDA LANDOO IN TIANJIN, CHINA: The 2009 signing of a three year 1.3 million PA USD deal with TEDA Landoo Oilfield Services based in Tianjin, China sees Supavac enhance co-operation in a substantial market. The agreement will see Supavac and Landoo cooperate on a number of fronts including both supply and development of oilfield service equipment for the Chinese domestic market. TEDA Landoo is one of the very few approved domestic suppliers of such services and equipment and operates from several strategic locations. Working closely with Supavac's current operations in Jinan, the two companies expect strong growth with the much vaunted release of China's new environmental policies. US SMS COAL MINE TOUR, SEPTEMBER 2009: The new SUPAVAC SMS (Slurry Management System) is set to tour coal operations in Illinois, Kentucky and Alabama in late 2009. The 280 model will be shipped in late July to begin a national mine tour in September. SUPAVAC and GUMPRO INDIA DELIVER FOR CAIRN ENERGY JULY 2009: Gumpro of India employed the SUPAVAC SV250-V600 as the pump of choice for transferring drill cuttings for the new Weatherford rigs. The mobile unit shown here recovers cuttings from the 7 metre deep cellars and transfers the waste some 145 metres for treatment.

The unit shown below has been running non stop since it's installation in late May the mine has since ordered a larger 366 unit for a second long term application. SUPAVAC GOING U/G IN CHINA OCTOBER 2008: SUPAVAC in association with JTCM delivered the first of several Supavac solids pumps to the Zhaozhuang Coal Groups Bnhu and Fucun underground operation in Shandong China. Supavac and AES AgriVerde Malaysia August 2009: Global efforts in carbon capture will take a significant step forward in October as AES AgriVerde take delivery of the first two SV110-V SPD Platforms. The SUPAVAC designed units will carry out the semi automated desludging of palm oil waste ponds. Supavac and Synergy Resource Contracting SEPTEMBER 2008: New Caladonia will see Synergy and a SUPAVAC SV250-V Mobile Sludge Pump transfer several thousand cubic metres of an oil sludge waste into the Synergy process system which will see the material end up as harmless inert land fill. 14 SV60-V's to Algeirs, AUGUST 2008: Halliburton's Algeirs operation was significantly boosted with the delivery of the fourteen SV60-V's this month. The new units along with spares and accessories were purchased due to the wide range of applications they lend themselves to within the industries we service their UK rep said. SUPAVAC AND NOVATEC, COLUMBIA JULY 2008: The first of several SUPAVAC's were crated today ready for shipping and service in Columbia. This is the start of a 2+2 distribution deal with Novatec, a well respected name in aqueous waste transfer and processing services in Columbia. SV60's FOR OTT NORWAY JUNE 2008: OTT Norway today became the 5th Norwegian operation to utilise the SUPAVAC SV60's in their waste handling operations. SMS-197 for Jinan Tianye Construction Machinery Co. China MAY 2008: Mr Yanmin Zong, President of the JTCM will take delivery in early June of the first of several SMS units heading to China in 2008. JTCM allready distribute the SUPAVAC solids pumps in the Shandong region and see the SMS as as the next step in sevicing the regions enormous mining market. Supavac secures 400k deal with Fabinox FEBRUARY 2008: A 3 year distribution agreement and order valued at 460K from Supavac's Mexico based distributor FABINOX. Luis Barsse Managing Director said the potential market in Mexico was significant, and the agreement between Fabinox and Supavac was one he felt very enthusiastic about developing. Supavac signs long term deal with Tianye Construction Equipment 2007: A three year deal with Tianye for distribution in the Chinese province of Shandong has seen equipment on the ground already making headway with the local mining operations. The Shandong region is one of China's largest mining areas and we are expecting high volume sales from an eager market said Mr Zong Yanmin, President of JTCM. Supavac at Highveld Steel in South Africa: NOVEMBER 2007: The versatile SV60 shown below working here at at Highveld Steel with Procon Environmental removing scale and grit from the waste sump to an on site treatment unit. The unit trialed will be replaced by an SV110-V which will deliver the material 80+ metres away via an existing 200mm pipeline. SUPAVAC AT HIGHVELD STEEL SOUTH AFRICA AND KEEN INTEREST AT THE 07 CHINA COAL SHOW, BEIJING. Supavac SV400's deliver high ROP for Shell: OCTOBER 2007: in the North Sea, the 400's used in conjunction with the Halliburton HCB system, this delivered non stop drilling at 300 ft/hr with zero downtime. This is just another succsess story for the the SV400's according to Halliburton with the units delivering faultess transfer of cuttings for the entire drill program. Supavac Exhibits at the Tar Sands Show Edmontom Canada: SEP 2007 Bob Spicer CEO and Julian Waingorten General Manager of Supavac Canada at work on the stand at the very well attended Tar Sands Show. The show was moved to Edmonton due to construction constraints at the usual location and the moved proved to be a great success. Interest in the new SV110-V was high with several demonstrations arranged to take place over the next 8 weeks. Supavac personnel assist Halliburton Indonesian operations: AUGUST 2007 Supavac recently finalised a review which has delivered several benefits to Halliburton's Pendingin operations, the site employs a range of Supavac SV400 and SV60 solids pumps. The Pendingin plant sevices the giant TOTAL drilling contract which will see both the fleet of eqipment increase substantialy over the next few years along with Supavac maintaining permanent personnel on site. Taking orders direct from the stand and lining up a string of demonstrations will see a further 4 units on the boat in July. To date we have had nothing but "good reports" from our customers regarding units in the field. Supavac Canada announces distribution deal with Flygt: Flygt pumps of Canada recently took possesion of several Guzzla solids pumps which it has distributed out through it's rental outlets. After successful debut's at various locations the fleet will be built up to enable Flygt to offer the full range to all it's customers over the next 12 months.
Inco says "bright future for Supavac": Mark Moffat Division 2 planner with CVRD Inco Limited's South Mine's was full of praise after a recent Supavac trial on the 4130 level. Problem slimes, poor access and time constraints are just some of the issues to taking pumps off line while servicing several of the sumps throughout the operation. The quick and simple answer, use a Supavac according to Mark with installation and set-up taking less than an hour and 40 cubes of mud moved within a shift, no mess and just one man on the job.....problem solved. Supavac in China: Supavac will make it's inaugral visit to China when it exhibits equipment at the China Coal Expo 2007 in Bejing in November. Supavac in conjunction with Qld State Development will be undertaking a concerted push into the China coal market with both solids pumps and the Slurry Management System on display. |
